Terms and Conditions
The final terms must be legally approved on the basis of the cancellation, access, complaint, payment and liability rules confirmed by the client.
Service scope
The contract covers only the non-technical interior cleaning selected in the booking summary. Services that were not expressly booked are not owed.
Price and payment
The price is provided upon request based on the individually agreed service scope. Payment is made after the service in cash on site or by direct bank transfer. There is no online payment.
Appointments and access
At the agreed time, the customer provides safe access to the booked interior rooms and informs Mopster in advance about relevant circumstances.
Rebooking, cancellation and complaints

Cancellation right
Consumers have the statutory cancellation rights. The electronic cancellation function is available under “Cancel a contract”.
