Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional telephone number, postal code, subject and message solely to handle and answer your enquiry. The message is sent to the configured company mailbox.
Applications through WhatsApp
When you apply through the Careers page, your details are placed in a prefilled WhatsApp message only after your explicit consent. You can review the message, add documents manually and decide whether to send it. The website does not store your application data.
Booking data
To process your enquiry and booking, we use contact details, the service address, service and appointment details, the payment method and necessary access notes. We do not collect card or online-banking credentials.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed for pre-contractual measures and contract performance. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
Technically necessary storage
The website is designed without marketing tracking. Technically necessary security and session information may be processed to operate the service securely.
